We get a lot of Spam and don't usually open anything that just has "Hi!" in the subject line. It would be good to have the word Pottery in the Subject line or something specific so that we know it is not Spam. Also sometimes it seems that we don't get all of our E-mail so if we don't answer try again we will always answer our E-mail as soon as we get it, and we check our E-mail at least once a day. Shipping Handling Charges

We charge $10.00 to ship your Pottery via UPS to one address in the Continental United States regardless of the number of pieces ordered

We charge $14.00 to ship via U.S. Postal Service within the United States. Again as many pieces as you order.

For 1 candle cup or 1 night light, we can ship that for $8.00 anywhere in the United States .

For orders outside the United States we charge the actual cost of shipping. Contact us for an estimate of that cost.

All of our luminaries are made on the potters wheel and hand carved so there will be variations in size, design, and color.

If we have the luminary that you want to order please allow 2 weeks for delivery. If we have to make the luminary please allow 5 to 6 weeks for delivery.

Wholesale and other business opportunities

We do not buy items made by other people for resale nor do we have a wholesale price list. We sell only at the retail prices listed above.
