We, Bill and Maggie, would like to welcome you to our home page We are potters who live and make our pottery in a small town, Mico, in the Texas Hill Country, just west of San Antonio. We now make sculptures of historic buildings of the Southwest and make them into magnets and ornaments. However for many years we specialized in making candle holders or luminaries which we form on the potter's wheel and hand carve with intricate designs which cast beautiful shadows on your walls and ceiling. We would like to show you some of our work, answer some of the common questions people have asked us at shows, and tell you a little about our small town of Mico.
The video that the Texas Country Reporter T.V. show did about us in February 2006 can now be seen on the Internet site "youtube" at
This page has some news paper clipping of articles that have been written about us over the years.
We have pictures and a description of how we made our pottery on this page.
Picture of Maggie and I, a watercolor picture of Bill painted by Lorenzo Castaneda, a good friend of ours, and caricatures of us over the years as seen by another friend of ours, Harry Schneider.
We can be reached by E-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org

We are in a state of transition and who knows where we will go. I will be adding other historical replicas as I sculpt them I would like to add a section on how you can work with clay, and hints for potters, and much more so please Bookmark this page and return to it from time to time to see what is new.
